Findings
Though the data gathering process for this project is finished, true inquiry is never really finished. For this reason, "findings" is a more preferable term than "conclusions." Conclusions suggest finality whereas findings can be followed by ongoing adjustments to practice, further data collection, and further findings. With this in mind, this section contains an exploration of the project's discoveries both during and after the specific teaching practice and time period with which it is concerned. These findings are categorized into the following subsections:
How did relatively unnoticed students benefit from increased teacher attention? Did their academic performance improve? How did their behaviors change both in class and out of class? How did the teacher learn from these interactions to change lesson designs and create responsive instruction that would benefit the whole class?

What unexpected hardships did the teacher face and how did these affect teaching practices? Which student behaviors worsened or showed no change, and why might this have been? When results seemed mixed, what new questions were raised?

How might the teacher and students of focus continue to utilize skills learned through these interactions? What are the next steps in this line of inquiry? How can other teachers benefit from this inquiry?
